Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for Analytor subscription purchases.

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are charged in INR. Once a subscription is activated, it grants access to premium features for the full duration.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are permitted only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment charged but subscription not activated
• Accidental multiple purchases of the same plan

Note: Refunds are not provided for partial usage of the plan or change of mind.

3. How to Request a Refund

Users can request a refund by emailing:

Include: payment ID, order ID, and registered mobile number.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
• Final settlement time may depend on the bank/payment gateway.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel auto-renewal (if enabled) at any time.
• Cancellation does not result in refund for the current active period.
